After your sim card has been activated, you will receive a text message that reads:

You are now a Retailer of Juan Dela Cruz. Your password is 123456. To change, type Changepw123456<6-digit pin>, send to LoadCentral access #.If you wish to change your password through SMS, create a new messagetype: CHANGEPW123456NEWPASS send: LoadCentral Access Numbers (2948)




Alternatively, you can change your password by logging into the LoadCentral WebTool. NOTE: If you will use both SMS and webtool, it is better that you change your FL Password (SMS Password) and SL Password (Webtool Password) through the webtool. Your FL password and SL password must NOT be the same because doing so will LOCK your webtool.
